COBBLE HILL— The Carroll Gardens Patch reports that popular neighborhood cafe Ted & Honey is expanding to two new spaces in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. One will be a proper restaurant inside of the new museum and visitor center there, the other will be a commissary kitchen that will enable them to do more wholesale business.
