Since moving to New York a few months ago, three Michelin-starred Chicago chef Laurent Gras has cooked at Corton, Locanda Verde, the Chelsea Market, and BLT Fish. Now, we learn that his next culinary guest stint will be at Momofuku Ko, for two special dinners next month.
On June 14 and 15, Gras and the Ko crew will prepare a fourteen-course meal for $225, with a beverage pairing for $125. There will only be twelve guests per night, and in typical Momo-style, reservations can only be made by sending an e-mail to a special address that will be announced on their site at 10 AM on June 1.
But that's not all that Gras has planned for next month: the chef is also joining George Mendes for a special dinner at Aldea on June 27. Stay tuned for more details on that one.
