Emma Hearst Planning 'Steak-Driven' Sorella Spinoff

In a profile on Emma Hearst, the great, great granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst and the owner of restaurant Sorella and new dessert shop Stellina, the Post offers up a little reveal. The 24 year-old chef is planning "a small steak-driven eatery," supplied by her family's cattle ranch in California. Expect more details once they get going, but one assumes it will be near her two adjacent operations. Hearst explains, "“It’s a little bit underdeveloped...We were like the first restaurant on Allen Street below Delancey. So we’re taking over the block one spot at a time."
