Smorgasburg, the Brooklyn Flea's all-food market, kicked off its weekly engagement on the Williamsburg waterfront today. By noon, the place was packed — Asia Dog, Porchetta, Kelvin Natural Slush Co. and The Meat Hook drew the longest lines. Shorty Tang's noodles were totally gone by 1 PM, as were Tenpenny's vegetable dishes. There were salads in cones, pickles on sticks, fresh shucked oysters, fried anchovies, and oh so much more. Have a look around.
