Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone on Manna One's Char Siu Bao

In this edition, Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone of Torrisi Italian Specialties and the recently announced Parm, give us their bakery of choice for char siu bao in Chinatown - perhaps these were the inspiration for their take during last year's San Genarro?

"There is no question that the pork buns at Manna One Bakery on Catherine Street in Chinatown are our favorite. They are definitely the best pork buns in NY! Come to think of it, before he opened his own place, we used to see that Momofuku Noodle Bar guy Dave working in the back learning how to make buns. It all makes so much sense now..."
