The Real Deal reports that theme restaurant Jekyll & Hyde is leaving its flagship Sixth Avenue location in Midtown later this year. It's not the end for the family eatery — they're just moving to a space in the former New York Times building on 44th St. The five story building is currently up for sale for $19.5 million.
