Letter Grades, Artwork, Safes, Knives Stolen from Momofuku

Welcome to Eater's latest feature, Shit People Steal, in which we ask restaurateurs what items in their restaurant have been (or are frequently) stolen.

First up on Shit People Steal, Dave Chang, who has had all kinds of things, both big and small (often expensive), nicked from his group of Momofuku restaurants:

Noodle Bar: Rare photo of a long hair sunglasses-wearing Neil young singing w the band early 70's playing at Montreal civic center. Gift from Joe Beef guys. Framed and was bolted into wall in bathroom. There will be a day of reckoning.

Ko: We caught a lady putting a Laguiole knife into her purse. Uncomfortable moment for all. When it was the old Noodle Bar someone broke into our safe awhile back by using a clever maneuver of stealing the entire safe.

Ma Peche: Some dickface stole our "A" DOH grade that was screwed into front door. I have very little hobbies, we will find you. Also our walls are decorated with Steve Keene paintings. People have been known to just take them off the wall! We figure that this is good for Steve Keene.
