Alfama, a West Village Portuguese restaurant that closed two years ago on the corner of Hudson and Perry streets, is reopening in Midtown. They'll open at 214 East 52nd Street on May 23 with the same chef but new menu items "in tune to the moment, like grilled razor clams, fried codfish tongues, chicken gizzards, rabbit meatballs, pork trotters, and braised veal tongue."
