Grub Street learns that the team behind San Francisco's wildly popular Tony's Pizza Napoletana are opening a West Village pizzeria next week called 900 Degrees. It will serve Roman, Neapolitan, and NYC-style pies, baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Naples. [GS]
