Page Six reports that Frank Roberts, the general manager at Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose Bar, is leaving the hotspot bar to open his own place. Called The Brewster, the two story restaurant/cafe/bar is located on Mott and Broome, will open this September, and has already has a run-in with CB2. He is just the latest of the Rose Bar staff to leave following a change in ownership. [NYP]
