Work is underway at the old Bunny Chow space on Orchard Street to turn it from a quaint little South African restaurant into new concept serving fish 'n' chips, burgers, and spaghetti and meatballs until 4 AM. Back in December, when Community Board 3 approved the liquor license transfer, the new owner (who also has a stake in Spitzer's Corner) explained he wanted to stay open until 4 AM because "it's a good time to make money in the neighborhood."
