Noho Location of La Colombe Torrefaction Opening Soon

Premium roasting company La Colombe Torrefaction is opening a new Noho location at 400 Lafayette St. this summer. The Philly-based coffee Co. already has a pair of chic cafes in Soho and Tribeca, and supplies the beans for places like Le Bernardin, Daniel, and Jean Georges. Although there's been some solid coffee additions in the nabe lately like The Smile and Peels, this is still great news for those that work in the area, who will now be able to get that awesome brew without having to cross Houston St.
