Today, NYC Councilman Leroy Comrie is expected to introduce a piece of legislation that will effectively ban happy meals at fast food restaurants in the area. Under the proposal, kids can only get toys with their junk food if the meal has less than 500 calories, and 600 milligrams of sodium.
