In what will come as a surprise to no one, the Post does a tally and learns that the East Village has more licensed bars and restaurants than any other neighborhood. It also has residents who don't know what the term red light district means: "'It's like a red-light district,' said Andrew Coamey, 44, a CFO who lives in the East Village.
