UPPER WEST SIDE—A judge recenly ruled that the city has the right to use the name Tavern on the Green. However, outside of the tri-state area, the name can be sold to the highest bidder for restaurants, products, and more. Whether or not Tavern on the Green will ever open up again as a restaurant is still unclear. [WSJ]
