Ceol Has More Fun With DOH Letter Grade System

First it was DBA Brooklyn's turn to have fun with their subpar DOH Letter Grade. Taking a page from their playbook is Ceol, a Smith Street Irish pub that earned 25 violation points and a B when DOH inspectors discovered violations like evidence of flies and mice and inadequate personal cleanliness of the staff. Rather than hide their grade like some places, Ceol turned lemons into lemonade by cranking out this nifty sign. Inadequate personal cleanliness be damned!
