The Post learns that two finance dudes/budding restaurateurs are opening a 4,000 square foot, two story kosher restaurant at 323 West Broadway in Soho. They promise that unlike other "boring" kosher spot with "mediocre food," this concept will be "fun, hip, young and dynamic." And it sounds like it could be close to Jeffrey Chodorow's planned Jewish (but non-kosher) bistro Kutsher's. [NYP]
