A pop-up cafe from Cobble Hill's Ecopolis was approved by Community Board 2 this week. It will take over a few parking spaces on Smith Street from May through October. At the meeting, neighbors questioned just who, exactly, would want to dine in the street, to which a councilperson replied: "I don't know. We'll test it out and see. " [Brownstoner]
