Yesterday Michael Psilakis paid a visit to the Frito Lay Flavor Kitchen and on Thursday Top Chef winner Richard Blais will serve his time at the Pork® Inspiration Cafe. He'll be handing out around 700 free samples of six pork dishes he's created at 470 Park Avenue South all day in an effort to "inspire" home cooks to use mass produced pork products.
