A Brooklyn judge has overturned a previous order that shut down Temptations nightclub in Queens after finding that the evidence that the NYPD presented to the court lacked credibility. Amongst other claims, the NYPD said that Temptations security staff had thrown patrons down stairs and then tasered them, but Supreme Court Justice Richard Velasquez said that "nothing that the city has presented suggests or even establishes" those charges. Temptations is now open for business. [NYP]
