Marcus Samuelsson was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night, making some cocktails and fried chicken. Samuelsson served the chicken, which is marinated for three days in buttermilk, with a hot sauce made from Scotch Bonnet chiles, considered to be some of the hottest chiles in the world.
