GREENWICH VILLAGE—Tonight, Harold Dieterle is hosting a special German dinner at his restaurant Perilla. He will feature a seven course menu of his and his chef de cuisine’s favorite German dishes, including wild sturgeon confit with borscht, braised rabbit leg with Badische Schupfneudeln, and brisket and sauerkraut knockwurst with Emmentalier lager fondue and fried potatoes.
