The Daily Swarm runs a great interview with Stephen Tanner, chef at Brooklyn bar and restaurant The Commodore. Among other things Tanner says he hates the name the Commodore ("It’s just not funny"), doesn't have a secret to his famous chicken, doesn't understand why people eat plates of fried chicken in the first place, and says he's be wiling to open another project with the current owner of the restaurant.
