Lamb Feasts at Locanda Verde; The Harrison Does Lunch

TRIBECA— Serious Eats reports that starting this month, Locanda Verde will prepare one baby lamb almost a dozen different ways for one special table every night for $95 a head. Preparations include lamb sweetbreads with ramps, pickled lamb tongue with chickpeas, baby rack of lamb, lamb rollatini with lamb neck salad, and minestrone with lamb meatballs.
