In her Off the Menu column today Flo Fab reports that Top Chef alum Hung Huynh will be opening a seafood restaurant called Catch this fall at 21 9th Avenue. We can only assume this is the multi-story seafood restaurant—originally called Lucky 13—owned by Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum of EMM Group. They presented before Community Board 2 in December.
