1) Hell's Kitchen: Life with Food and Drink shows Traffic coming to the corner of 48th Street and 9th Avenue. There is currently a Traffic Bar & Restaurant across town on 2nd Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets. Life with Food and Drink speculates that they still have a long way to go. [PLYWOOD]

2) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie shows signage for a new Red Mango on the corner of Allen and Rivington. The space should be serving the swirl in the next few weeks. [POST-PLYWOOD]
3) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie learns that Prosperty Dumpling is expanding by opening a new outpost at 69 Clinton. C&C Prosperity Dumpling should open in the next two weeks. [PLYWOOD]

4) Sunnyside: Zagat Buzz reports on a new brutally honest restaurant in Queens, Salt & Fat. Salt & Fat is taking over the former Go Koong space on 41-16 Queens Boulevard. [PLYWOOD]

5) Cobble Hill: Grubstreet received a tip that Two8Two Bar & Burgeris set to open at 282 Atlantic Avenue next month. [PLYWOOD]

6) Park Slope: Here's Park Slope brings word of a new Peruvian bistro, Surfish coming soon. Surfish Peruvian Bistro will open in the former Willie's Dawgs space at 351 5th Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets. There are currently two other Peruvian restaurants nearby on 5th Avenue. [PLYWOOD]

7) Park Slope: Park Slope is getting yet another burger joint, Here's Park Slope reports. This one comes in the form of Bare Burger to Seventh Avenue and First Street in the former Artesana space. This will be the third location of Bare Burger in New York City. [PLYWOOD]
