5) Cobble Hill: Grubstreet received a tip that Two8Two Bar & Burgeris set to open at 282 Atlantic Avenue next month. [PLYWOOD]

6) Park Slope: Here's Park Slope brings word of a new Peruvian bistro, Surfish coming soon. Surfish Peruvian Bistro will open in the former Willie's Dawgs space at 351 5th Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets. There are currently two other Peruvian restaurants nearby on 5th Avenue. [PLYWOOD]
