As far as scandals go this one is pretty tame, but we'll take it. Former Tavern on the Green banquet chef Damian Cardone recently wrote on his Facebook wall that he would serve high-gluten pasta to those requesting gluten free because the allergy is all in their "disturbed little heads." Allergy sufferers are, obviously, not pleased. [Foodista via Zagat]
