Fresh off the opening of his new Midtown burger joint Social Eatz, Angelo Sosa has signed on to be the "consulting chef" at the Malibu Inn in Southern California. Sosa's already on site working on the menu for the new restaurant, which will have a "vintage rock and roll design" and should open in a few weeks. Their motto: "Vintage Mood, Epic Food!." [Eater LA]
