Steve Hanson to Bring Bill's and Dos Caminos to Atlantic City

New, 3 comments

Atlantic City is about to get just a little bit more bearable. The casino and resort city, which has put a great deal of effort into adding upmarket hotels and restaurants over the past couple of years, just snagged a couple of biggies from restaurant Stephen Hanson. The Wall Street Journal reports that Hanson is bringing three of his New York restaurants—Bill's Bar & Burger, Atlantic Grill, and Dos Caminos—to the beach this summer. All three of the restaurant have multiple locations within New York already and are ripe, built in fact, for expansion.

Caesars Atlantic City gets the seafood concept, the Atlantic Grill while Harrah's will be home to the 178-seat Bill's and the 260-seat Dos Caminos. Both Bobby Flay and Geoffrey Zakarian already have Atlantic City deals (both in the Borgata) as do Carmine's and Patsy's. Now Steve 'the Big Show' Hanson is getting into the ring.
