Locanda Verde, one of the hottest restaurant openings of 2009, is still as buzzy as ever as the owners set their sites on opening yet another hotspot, The Dutch in Soho. Our guess is the opening of Carmellini's long-anticipated American restaurant won't diffuse these crowds down here in Tribeca. Above, the scene at the ever-packed bar and boisterous dining room during a typical Thursday night dinner service.
