2011_noisechart1.jpgZagat traveled around the city with a decibel reader to determine how loud seven hot restaurants really are. The quietest, even with a packed house, was Per Se at only 65.1 dB. Not surprisingly, the noisiest was The Darby which read 100.3 dB when the floor show was going on, which is just a few ticks less than an ambulance with sirens blaring. [Zagat]
