Grub Street learns that Roberta's executive chef and co-owner Carlo Mirarchi is now serving a special prix fixe feast a few times every month. The dinner is available only to four parties a night, and each guest pays about $120 (prices vary) for a meal that starts at 5:30 and could go until midnight, with around twelve courses plus beer and wine pairings.
