Sad Goodbyes

2011_03_sinsin.jpgThe SLA shut down Temptations, a Flatbush area Caribbean bar that has had eight violent incidents in the last 15 months. These incidents include Temptations bouncers throwing patrons down stairs and then tasering them, two women being accosted and beaten inside the venue, and a patron shooting a bouncer outside the restaurant. Meanwhile Sin Sin, another troubled hot spot that went out of business last year, will not be making a comeback. The owner reports that the former bar where another shooting occurred will instead become a bakery. [Grub Street, DNAInfo]
