Luke's Lobster, the absurdly popular little East Village lobster shack, expanded to both the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side in the last twelve months. But they are by no means done. According to the just-released Community Board 1 April agenda, partners Ben Conniff and Luke Holden are applying for a liquor license for a new Luke's at 10-26 William Street, just steps away from Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Because even bankers and traders need a little $15 lobster roll every now and again.
