The soon to open Czech restaurant in the Bohemian National Hall on the Upper East Side will be called Hospoda and will be rather upscale. Its website recently listed a $76 prix fixe and its menu includes items like beef tartare, smoked beef tongue, and calf sweetbreads in périgourdine sauce. Its sister restaurant in Prague serves "traditional meals of Czech culinary art from the end of the 19th century." [DNA Info]
