Community Board 6 (14th - 59th on the East Side) will hold a hearing to debate banning bars and restaurants from hosting pub crawls in their district. Residents feel that the crawls lead to crowds, excessive noise, and drinking-induced vomiting on the sidewalks, and the ban is a reaction to the official St. Patty's Day Crawl that worked its way through the board's territory.
