The WSJ reports today that not even the success of TLC show "Cake Boss" has been able to save the Hoboken thoroughfare of Washington Street from the economic downturn. Over the past few years, the area has suffered massive business turnover and recently saw the shutter of major marquee businesses. But there is some good news: Mamoun's is opening a falafel shop there later this year. [WSJ]
