All across the country this week, restaurants are asking diners to pay one dollar for the tap water that they would usually get for free, as a donation to UNICEF's"Tap Project." This is an effort to raise awareness (and, obviously, money) about the lack of clean drinking water in the world. Many NYC eateries including The Spotted Pig, Craft, The Red Cat and Annisa are participating. [UNICEF via Eater National]
