Today, Steve Cuozzo shares his doubts about big box, high-end Chinese restaurant Hakkasan, which is coming to Hell's Kitchen later this year. He wonders if the owners have heard that a) "New Yorkers hate high-end Chinese restaurants" (see Wakiya, 66) and b) "jumbo, high-end Asian eateries are over in Manhattan."
