HELL'S KITCHEN—An owner of a new bar and restaurant called West End emails in to let us know it will be opening on 49th and 8th Ave on March 30. They are calling it a "crafted mixology-micro beer bar," and they'll serve a collection of bourbons, whiskys, and tequilas and a list of 20 cocktails. They plan on having special tastings and will serve "organic, market and seasonal driven foods." [EaterWire]
HUDSON YARDS—The developers for mega West Side development Hudson Yards released some new looks at Phase I of the megaproject, which includes the above five-story retail atrium. One real estate reporter writes of the new space, "The developers envision the retail as a Time Warner Center meets Eataly kind of place..." But don't get too excited. It's not opening for at least another five years. [Curbed NY]
PARK SLOPE—Bark Hotdogs in Park Slope will be showing all of the remaining NCAA games. During all of them, look forward to a constantly rotating selection of $2 small or $4 large Sixpoint drafts. [EaterWire]
