Colin Alevras On Board at The Dutch

Earlier this morning, word came from the twitterverse via @benleventhal that Colin Alevras, the onetime chef/owner of The Tasting Room, onetime beverage director at DBGB and recent ex-employee of the Momofuku Empire, is in at Andrew Carmellini, Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom's soon-to-open Soho restaurant The Dutch. And PR confirms. Alevras goes way back with Carmellini and partner Luke Ostrom and is happy to join the front of house team with Josh Pickard. A rep writes, "Colin is our service director, but we plan on using all of his Jedi powers."
