It's official: Heat, Bill Buford's 2006 book about getting yelled at in various kitchens including Mario Batali's Babbo, has a film deal. Producer Rachael Horovitz and screenwriter Stan Chervin, both of the upcoming film Moneyball, optioned the rights to the book.
