1) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie learns that the brick and mortar location of Greek food struck Souvlaki GR is now open at 116 Stanton St. The former laundromat has been completely redone in blue and white and features fake flowers and a faux tabac up front. 2) Midtown: Schnitzel & Things, the brick and mortar location of the truck of the same name, was orginally scheduled to open today in Midtown serving sandwiches, schnitzels, and platters, but will most likely make its debut tomorrow. Status: Not open, opening tomorrow; 723 Third Ave., 212-905-0000.
3) Greenwich Village: Metromix reports that Rockography, Greenwich Village's own version of a Hard Rock Cafe, will unveil its plentiful rock posters and skull glasses stuffed with glowsticks to the public today. Status: Opening tonight; 504 Sixth Ave., 646-360-4143.
4) Lower East Side: Grub Street reports that Michael Wang has opened a new branch of Hawa Smoothies, his chain of shops that offer smoothies, juices, and bubble teas. Status: Certified Open; 181 East Broadway.
