HARLEM— Last night, Bon Appetit magazine hosted a launch event for their upcoming annual festival Vegas Uncork'd at the famed Rao's restaurant in Harlem. The Vegas food frenzy takes place over Mother's Day weekend this year (May 5 - 8), and tickets are already on sale. In attendance at the dinner last night (which, by the way, included two impromptu songs from owner Frank Pellegrino) were Rick Moonen, Francois Payard, Julian Serrano, Paul Bartolotta, Adam Rapoport, and Michael Mina.
