Earlier this year, Bagetelle partners Remi Laba and Aymeric Clemente were pushed out of the business, leading to a lawsuit and eventual closing of the restaurant this week. Since Laba and Clemente are keeping the name, the space that was once Bagatelle will reopen on Friday as Brasserie Beaumarchais, Flo Fab reports. Nicolas Cantrel, the Bagatelle chef that beat out Marc Forgione recently on Iron Chef is staying on. [DJ]
