I always wonder why we're supposed to be so excited about eating produce grown on rooftops in New York. This air is supposed to be GOOD for vegetables? My wife and I had a plot in a community garden in Brooklyn, until we concluded that vegetables grown at the corner of Flatbush and Pacific might not be the best things to put into your body.
