Gallery Bar Settles Case, Will Reopen Tonight

Gallery Bar has been closed since last Friday night after the bar was declared a public nuisance by a court order and promptly shut down by the NYPD. Gallery Bar's owners had a court date scheduled for yesterday to hear their case, but Eater recieved word that the case settled out of court and the bar will reopen for business tonight. Owner Darren Rubell says that they will have extra security on hand every night to comply with the settlement, and in a funny way it seems like the bar will open mainly to pay off his security company. Anyway, all's well that ends well so stop by and have a drink to celebrate.
