Curbed NY has some details on the trendy new Hotel Williamsburg, opening up soon near McCarren Park. In addition to a restaurant serving “urban rustic” fare, the hotel will "incorporate a veritable ‘dream team’ of local Brooklyn purveyors in its amenities line" including chocolatiers and cheesemongers.
