1) Lower East Side: This morning Fork in the Road stopped by Stellina, the new sister restaurant to Lower East Side Italian joint Sorella, and found it open. Click through for their menu of sandwiches, salads, cookies, ice cream, and coffee and tea. Status: Signs point to open; 95 Allen Street.
2) Bed-Stuy: A reader writes in to say that a new restaurant called Sud Vino & Cucina just opened in Bed-Stuy: "Amazing homemade/handmade authentic italian dishes (Lasagne, Gnocci, etc). features a modest menu of antipasti, insalate, crostini. A must-see Diamond in the rough! They are B.Y.O.B. at the moment." Status: Certified Open; 1102 Bedford Ave., Brooklyn, 718-484-8474.
3) Park Slope: Brownstoner reports that the new location of South Brooklyn Pizza—which already has stores in Carroll Gardens and the East Village—is open on 4th Avenue between Bergen and Saint Marks. Yelpers say slices are going for $4. Status: Certified Open; 63 4th Ave., Brooklyn.
4) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie notices that a new branch of Red Mango is now open on the LES. Status: Certified Open; 145 Allen St.
