Flo Fab gets a sneak peek of chef Alex Stupak's new menu at Empellon, the new Mexican restaurant he's opening in the West Village next week. He'll be serving tacos ($5 a piece) filled with everything from barbacoa to Scotch eggs and griddled head cheese, chilled seafood, sopes ($3), cheeses served with tortillas ($10), and mains like Long Island duck, mussels with chickpeas and mole, and masa dumplings ($18 - 25).
